Stores are open, but they are running out of stocks.
Public transportation in Tokyo is getting back to normal, but not in northan part of Japan. We have commodity distribution problem now. Maybe peopele are just nervous and stock too many food at home.
My firend in Ibaragi has more serious situation. His area has no water supply and some houses have power supply neither.
